Our Team
 As the founder of Construction Consultants, LLC, the company has completed over 12 million square feet of renovations in the last 22 years, and is dedicated to providing superb construction management and general contracting services. |  In 1999, Natalia joined Loft Development as an Administrative Assistant and was quickly promoted to Office Manager and Accountant. Her unwavering dedication to the well being of the company has led her through the transitioning companies. Natalia is responsible for the daily office operations as well as accounting functions. |  Scott joined Construction Consultantst in June of 2006 as a Carpenter and was quickly promoted to Project Superintendent when his strong leadership abilities were demonstrated. As one of the company’s representative in the field, Scott’s responsibilities include the daily coordination and direction of various trade groups and ensuring the project is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Scott is 30 hour OSHA certified as required by Construction Consultants. |

 Kelly joined the team in 2007 as an Estimating Assistant. After gaining experience and showing a dedication to construction industry, she was quickly promoted to Project Manager. In that role, she is responsible for cost control, purchasing, submittal review and processing, scheduling and quality control. |  With 30+ years experience, Charlie joined Construction Consultants as Vice President of Operations and is responsible for cost estimating, purchasing and project management. |
